Trolling lures or bait behind Dreamcatcher to catch that big fish is truly a fantastic exciting adventure!

Our best catches have been Albacore and yellowfin tuna hooked from 250NM off the US coast along the edge of the continental shelf from July to November and Marlin found off the waters of Mexico and in the north islands of the Caribbean.

Dreamcatcher’s fishing advantages are many.  First as an adventure based sailboat we will be passing through some of the finest fishing grounds of the world, including the Caribbean, the gulf stream off of the continental shelves of New England and Florida, Key West and the keys, the Yucatan channel between Cuba and Mexico, the Bahamas, the banks off of Bermuda, …  the list goes on … Second the width of the boat 25 feet allows for using several lines without the concern that the lines will get crossed or the danger that a novice fisherman (perhaps learning the ropes) will get in the way of the others.  Third, we are sail powered, so we use no fuel while trolling and we make no noise.
